1. Acceptance of Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SAGGE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by LLC «Lizi» (ООО «Лизи»), a company registered in the Russian Federation (INN: 1400043900, OGRN: 1251400001159), hereinafter referred to as the «Company». The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any person or entity at its sole discretion.

2. Description of Service

SAGGE («Service») is an AI aggregator platform accessible at sagge.me. It provides a unified interface for sending prompts to multiple AI models — including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Deepseek, Perplexity, and Qwen — and comparing their responses side-by-side.

The AI models integrated into SAGGE are operated by independent third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Perplexity AI, Alibaba Cloud). SAGGE does not own or control these models and is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of their outputs.

The Service is provided «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI responses will meet your specific expectations.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use the full Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

SAGGE uses a one-time payment model. There are no recurring subscriptions. When you purchase a plan (Basic, Pro, or Team), you make a single payment and receive a token balance that does not expire. Current prices are listed at sagge.me/#pricing.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. SAGGE does not store your payment card details.

Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have used no more than 10% of your purchased token balance. To request a refund, contact noreplysaggeai@gmail.com with your order details.

Token balances are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused tokens are not refunded after the 24-hour window.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SAGGE to:

• Generate, distribute, or store illegal content of any kind
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to send bulk requests in excess of normal human usage
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The SAGGE platform, its design, code, and all associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by the Company. No license, assignment, or transfer of exclusive rights is granted to users beyond the right to use the Service as described herein.

You retain ownership of all content and prompts you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the sole purpose of delivering the Service to you.

The SAGGE name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED «AS IS» WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED RESPONSES.

The Company is not responsible for the availability or quality of third-party AI models. Temporary unavailability of individual AI providers does not constitute a service failure.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
